AURA CLARION welcomes people seeking awareness, support and lawful referral concerning discrimination, harassment, violence, exclusion or denial of services.
We receive concerns for listening, general awareness, documentation support and responsible referral. The competent authority or qualified professional decides the legal or clinical outcome.

The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 prohibits discrimination in specified areas and contains offences and penalties, including protections against physical, sexual, verbal, emotional and economic abuse.
Immediate danger should be reported to police/emergency services. AURA can assist with information and referral after safety is addressed.
