Public organisations
Government departments, public authorities and public institutions may have designated grievance, vigilance, disciplinary, regulatory or statutory channels. AURA can help identify the appropriate route.
A responsible pathway for concerns arising in public or private organisations: receive, identify the right internal authority, seek correction where appropriate, and escalate lawfully when the concern remains unresolved or requires statutory action.
Receive the concern through support@auraclarion.org. Record the essential facts, affected person, organisation, dates, documents and immediate risks.
Determine whether the appropriate first contact is management, HR, ethics, grievance, safeguarding, vigilance, an institutional committee or another designated authority.
Where safe, lawful and appropriate, AURA may help the affected person communicate the concern to the concerned organisation or authority and request acknowledgement, review and corrective action. Where the person authorises AURA to assist with the communication, AURA may support that process.
If there is no response, the response is inadequate, the internal mechanism is unavailable or conflicted, retaliation occurs, or the matter requires statutory intervention, AURA may guide or support escalation to the competent regulator, statutory body, vigilance authority, police, court, legal professional or other lawful forum.
Where safe and appropriate, AURA may help organise follow-up information and explain the next available route. AURA does not investigate like police or regulators, compel witnesses, determine guilt, grant immunity or guarantee an outcome.

Companies, NGOs, schools, colleges, hospitals and other private institutions may have management, HR, ethics, grievance or safeguarding channels. AURA can support a responsible internal-first approach where appropriate.
An affected employee, student, patient, customer, volunteer, beneficiary or member of the public may approach AURA where the concern falls within its charitable and public-interest role.
AURA will handle sensitive information carefully, but ordinary email is not an anonymous or encrypted reporting system. Where communication with an organisation or another authority is contemplated, AURA will consider consent, safety, safeguarding duties and applicable law.
